What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time is 1 to 2 days.

If we are unable to deliver your order, or not on time, we will contact you within 2 working days.

How will my order be shipped?

All our orders are shipped by national carriers or, in the case of deliveries outside the Netherlands, by one of their partners.

Please check upon receipt that your parcel is unopened and undamaged.

Choose your delivery address:

Add and/or change your delivery address while completing your order.

Choose your home or work address as the delivery address.

Shipping costs in the Netherlands:

You pay €7 shipping costs.

Returns

We hope you will greatly enjoy your purchase.

However, if you would still like to return the shoes/boots, you may of course do so.

Please note: returns must first be reported by email to [email protected]. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and in accordance with our return conditions, which are stated on our website.

If you would like to exchange for a different shoe size, calf width, colour, or model, that is no problem. Please make this clear in your email. Also clearly state your order number and which model, calf width, shoe size, and colour you are looking for, so that we can help you in the best possible way.

So please follow these steps for returning an item:

  1. Register your return at [email protected], stating your order or invoice number. We would appreciate it if you also mention the reason for your return; perhaps we may be able to help you further, if desired.

  2. The shipment includes a form marked “return form.”

  3. Please note: place the return form back in the box that is being returned to us.

Attach a return label to the parcel and bring it to the nearest service point.

Returns are at your own expense.

You will be kept informed of the return process by the carrier. Normally, it takes one week before the amount is refunded to your account. Please note: we will refund the full amount only if the box arrives undamaged and the contents have not been worn.

If your shoe/boot does not fit and you cannot find the right solution on the website, you can always call for telephone advice (tel. +31-416-534462), or you can make an appointment to visit our fitting room & shop in Waalwijk.

Return Conditions

Please ensure that the footwear product is in exactly the same condition as when you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. Worn, damaged, or repaired footwear products will not be accepted and will be returned to your address. Shoe boxes must also be returned to us undamaged (therefore in the original outer box or shipping bag). If boxes are damaged (for example, taped or stickered boxes), €5 will be deducted from the refund.

The return shipment is at your own responsibility.

For returns that have not been reported within 21 days from the day of receipt, Dutch Footwear Masters assumes that the delivery obligation has been fully met. Reported returns must be in the possession of Dutch Footwear Masters within 21 days from the day of receipt. Dutch Footwear Masters reserves the right to refuse products returned after the above-mentioned period.
